Dr. Emily Kruse, D.C.

Dr. Emily Kruse was born and raised in Waterloo, Illinois. She graduated from Waterloo High School in 2006. While a student at WHS, Dr. Kruse was involved in softball, volleyball and swam on the Waterloo Piranhas swim team. She was heavily involved in the Student Council and was the 2006 class President for 3 years.

After high school Dr. Kruse continued her education at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. She received her B.S. in Chemistry with a Math minor from MSU in 2010. She is an alumni member of Alpha Chi Omega women’s fraternity.

Dr. Kruse then decided to pursue a degree in Chiropractic. She attended Logan College of Chiropractic and attained her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2014. Dr. Kruse is also certified in Acupuncture.

Currently Dr. Kruse lives just outside of Waterloo with her husband- Brandon, her son- Everett (6), her daughter- Ellis (3) and her dog- Piper. 

Dr. Kruse uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Kruse will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our compassionate and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.

Dr. Kasey Christ, D.C.

Dr. Kasey has grown up in Waterloo, IL her whole life and just recently moved to Valmeyer, IL with her husband- Andrew. Dr. Kasey graduated from Waterloo High School in 2015 and went on to play college softball and receive her B.S in Biology from Quincy University in 2019. She then decided to continue her education and receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in 2022 and while there she also became certified in Acupuncture.

 

Dr. Kasey loves treating patients of all ages and it is her goal to get each patients nervous system functioning properly. She strives to provide quality care to her patients, get to the root cause of their pain and to help patients improve all aspects of their health and wellness journey. Each one of her patients has a treatment plan unique to them and is tailored to their specific needs.  


Miranda- Front Desk/CA

She is married to Eric and they have two kids; Kelsey and Wade. In 2020, they bought an old farmhouse here in Monroe County and made it their own fixer upper! She enjoys camping and fishing with her family, grabbing a cup of coffee with a friend, and reading a good book when she can find the time.

I’m super excited to be joining Kruse Chiropractic. I became a patient of Dr. Kruse’s a couple of years ago, and then started bringing my whole family. It has changed our lives and we are so thankful for Chiropractic care!

Connie- Front Desk

Connie has been with the practice since the beginning. She is not only Dr. Kruse’s mom, but she has also held roles as massage therapist and now part-time front desk staff. She pretty much does anything and everything to assist the office in running and running smoothly.


Amber- Massage Therapist

Amber is new is Kruse Chiropractic in 2022. She is a 2012 graduate of The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, IL. Through her training and hands on education she has excelled in many different modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, esalen, swedish, prenatal, and much more. Amber is certified in Swedish massage, Prenatal Massage, and Myofascial Release Therapy, licensed in the state of Illinois and insured by the American Massage Therapy Association.
